A Focusing process helps you listen to the wisdom of your whole-body: Your heart-soul-mind-body and its deep inner knowing.
This short guided reflection will help you sense the difference between just ruminating about a situation versus getting the "whole sense" of the way your body is holding that situation. You'll be invited to listen freshly to the worry (or whatever is there for you) as it is being expressed not just in your mind, but also in your heart, soul, and body.
