This six week self study course is designed to help you learn how to notice and nurture your heart (emotions), mind (thoughts), soul and strength (body). In it you’ll experience some practices that help you offer a loving, non-judgmental curiosity to the wonder that is you. If you are harsher with yourself than you are others, you’ll learn to be a more loving friend to your own soul. You'll learn to be more @EASE with who you were created to be.

This course will be helpful to anyone who is spiritually minded.
You need not, however, ascribe to a Christian faith--but it will likely be helpful if you ascribe to a Higher Power and/or just desire a more Loving Presence in this world.
You don't have to be. Some of the people who need this course the most are people who are religious but who have never learned to let God love them or to love themselves with the same compassion they are asked to love others.
In addition, so many of us have come from religious backgrounds that have taught us to deny our body and emotions: We've been told that our emotions aren't reliable and our bodies are usually only spoken of as problems to be solved.
If that is you, you'll be grateful to hear that God (or Love or the Divine) wired our biology and emotions to help us.
Whatever you believe or don't believe, if you want to be a kinder, gentler, more at ease human, then this course is for you.
It depends.
Each week offers a guided exercise and/or teaching, some practices for you to try out, and a few other informative helps.
How much you practice it depends upon you. There's no hurry - even though the content will open up to you in a "drip" fashion, you can take as much time as you want integrating the practices into your everyday, ordinary life.
