In this four-week journey you'll begin to learn how your brain, body, emotions and spiritual life interact -- and how to gently bring them back into alignment when life pulls you out of rhythm.
We will integrate relational neuroscience and embodied spiritual practice so you can live with greater steadiness, presence, and self-compassion.
Your nervous system shapes how you experience God, yourself and the world. When it's overwhelmed or chronically rushed, even good spiritual practices can feel strained.
In this course you'll begin to learn how to work with your heart, soul, mind, and body so that grounding, prayer, and daily life feel more sustainable and connected.
Each week offers teaching, guided practices and reflective space that helps you:
recognize when your system is moving too fast or too disconnected
restore safety and grounded presence in your body
listen more clearly to God's invitations via your God-designed body rather than external demands
practice self-compassion as a way of living, not a concept.

Paula Gamble has been companioning weary, disoriented souls for almost 40 years. She is currently getting a Doctorate of Ministry in Spiritual Formation and Relational Neuroscience.
